This book, the second volume in the Nosegay Books “Seeds of Wisdom” series, continues Ruby’s mission to explain often hard-to-understand core Theosophical ideas in plain and simple language. She explains the working of man’s seven vehicles in a straight forward and engaging way using personal anecdotes and experiences to guide the reader through this intriguing topic which is so central to Theosophy.

In addition, Ruby goes beyond the usual academic study and explores in practice how these bodies impact on our everyday lives. She describes the book as “a map of being” and “a getting to know you manual” which answers key questions such as what these individual bodies do, how they work and how we as students of the Ancient Wisdom can influence and control them.

Ruby P Tovet, a member of Bradford Theosophical Society has long specialised in blending the teachings of the Ageless Wisdom with modern psycho-therapeutic findings. Ruby has studied the Ageless Wisdom for over 30 years and given lectures all over the UK.
Ms Tovet’s First book 'The Journey Is The Goal: Stories of Human Evolution', published in June 2010, and now in its second edition and her Third book 'The Inner Being: Co-operating with Divinity', have been warmly received in Theosophical circles.
